Course Cancellation by MirhaExams
If a course or service is canceled by MirhaExams for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund.Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent you from accessing the purchased course or materials and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase.Accidental Purchases
Refunds for accidental purchases will only be processed if requested within 48 hours of the transaction and the course has not been accessed.Unsatisfactory Experience
If you are dissatisfied with the course or service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Courses or services purchased more than 7 days ago.
- Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated).
- Subscription-based services after the trial period has ended.
