  • Course Cancellation by MirhaExams
    If a course or service is canceled by MirhaExams for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Technical Issues
    If technical problems prevent you from accessing the purchased course or materials and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase.

  • Accidental Purchases
    Refunds for accidental purchases will only be processed if requested within 48 hours of the transaction and the course has not been accessed.

  • Unsatisfactory Experience
    If you are dissatisfied with the course or service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Courses or services purchased more than 7 days ago.
  • Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated).
  • Subscription-based services after the trial period has ended.

3. Refund Process

MirhaExams reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refunds).
  • Violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
